When a college, university, or other institution engages Campus Captions to produce captions, audio description, transcripts, or accessibility evaluations, any institutional content and any personally identifiable information from education records is governed by the written agreement with that institution — typically a Statement of Work and a FERPA-aligned Data Processing Addendum — and by our Service Privacy Notice, not by this website Privacy Policy. In that work, Campus Captions acts as a service provider to the institution, the institution remains the controller of the data, and individuals exercise any data rights through their institution. If you are a student, parent, or institutional staff member with a question about education-record data, please contact your institution.

2. Information we collect

The campuscaptions.com website is a static informational website. It does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party behavioral cookies, and it does not require you to create an account.
